LE BILBOQUET CELEBRATES YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AND PHILANTHROPISTS
Young Friends of the Norton Museum, Everglades Foundation and Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League
Le Bilboquet Palm Beach hosted a by-invitation only reception for young supporters of the Norton Museum, Everglades Foundation and Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League Tuesday September 21st. Over 80 young philanthropists defied the weather to gather with their friends, enjoy complimentary Ju Ju Gabor cocktails (made with fresh watermelon, pineapple, berries and either vodka or tequila); a special selection of Chef Adabis Castro’s hors d’oeuvres including Black truffle and Parmesan Arancini, Crispy Haloumi, Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho and Sake Glazed Tuna with Ginger Madeira Reduction. DJ Michael Bonick kept the party swaying to both Parisian bistro music and American favorites.
“It was wonderful to see so many new faces come out to support their favorite charities. Though the weather called for storms, it ended up being a glorious, sunny and breezy afternoon. The turnout was fantastic and everyone was in great spirits. We would like to thank Stacey Leuliette from The Scout Guide for her hard work.” said Alberto Tatti, Manager of Le Bilboquet Palm Beach.
Among the attendees were Kati Erickson, Hilary Patriarca, Turner Benoit, Will Corrente, Kent Anderson, Jennifer Gowdy, Sarah Perry Kearney, Evan Maras, Kara Stuebe, Cameron Lickle, Linqing Yang, Alvin Valley, Hollis Pica, Brittney Henson, and Joseph Hernandez.
