Daphne Nikolopoulos, editor in chief of Palm Beach Illustrated, hosted an Editor’s Table at Le Bilboquet in celebration of the magazine’s 70^th anniversary. Envisioning an extraordinary milieu for VIP guests that included centenarian fashion icon Iris Apfel, Daphne transformed the private dining room into a magical setting with the help of Special Event Resource Group. The room was engulfed in vines and fairy lights, and tables were decorated with towering arrangements of hydrangeas, roses, ranunculus, and cascading orchids. Guests commented that they felt transported to an enchanted garden.
