Homage to Jane Holzer: Andy Warhol & Les Lalanne
Jane Holzer: Art collector, Warhol muse and one of Palm Beach’s most iconic businesswomen, co-hosted along with Ben Brown, an intimate preview and private dinner for the opening of Ben Brown Fine Arts’ current exhibition, Homage to Jane Holzer: Andy Warhol and Les Lalanne at Ben Brown Fine Arts on Worth Avenue this past Tuesday, March 2, 2022. It was an intimate reception for art collectors, art dealers, friends and notable names that included, Bob Colacello, Beth Rudin DeWoody, Simone Vickar, Glenn & Eva Dubin, Joan & David Genser, Nicole Salmasi, Annette Allen, Simone & Gillian Salama-Caro, Iqbaljit Kahlon, Andrew & Alexandra Dodge, Carlos Morrison and Matt Rosinsky.
After admiring nearly a dozen Warhol portraits from the 1970s and 80s depicting prominent society figures, celebrities and thought leaders, as well as pieces by the revered French duo Claude and François-Xavier Lalanne, Holzer’s guests were ushered along Via Encantada for an artfully curated dinner at Le Bilboquet. “Without a doubt, this is one of the season’s most anticipated shows, and did it ever deliver!” says Carlos Morrison.
“Meeting Andy Warhol and the Lalannes shaped my life for the better,” says Holzer. “I feel so lucky to have shared in their friendship and in their artistic journeys. It’s an honor to share their genius with some of the most sophisticated set of collectors, dealers and friends.”
