The Race of Hope celebrates 8th Anniversary in Palm Beach
Hope for Depression Research Foundation (HDRF) marked the eighth annual Race of Hope to Defeat Depression 5K Walk & Run at Bradley Park in Palm Beach, welcoming more than 1,200 participants in support of mental health awareness and critical research into depression and anxiety.
Led by founder and chair Audrey Gruss and advisory council member Scott Snyder, who served as Co-Grand Marshals, the USA Track & Field-sanctioned race followed the scenic 3.1-mile Palm Beach Lake Trail. Participants ranged from competitive runners to families and community teams formed a sea of HDRF’s signature yellow against Palm Beach’s iconic backdrop of blue skies and palm trees.
The 2026 Race raised more than 1.1 million dollars for the foundation to support their fight for mental health.
