Mary Lou’s has officially arrived in West Palm Beach, and its opening week set the bar high. Created by hospitality innovators Alex Melillo, Joe Cervasio, and Topher Grubb, this new hotspot blends vintage Palm Beach glam with a modern edge, offering top-tier cocktails, live entertainment, and an atmosphere that feels both exclusive and electric.
The launch started with a Black Tie Surrealism Affair, featuring live jazz, a DJ set by Pete Bolte, and immersive performances. The momentum continued throughout the week with Sofi Tukker behind the decks one night and Dombresky taking over another, setting the tone for what’s to come.
With an Altima Caviar menu, a sleek design by Volenec Studio, and a stacked entertainment lineup curated by Sofi Tukker and The Chainsmokers as Creative Entertainment Directors, Mary Lou’s is now open Wednesday to Sunday, 6 PM – 2 AM, and it’s already the place to be.
