Historical Society of Palm Beach County’s Cocktails & Canapés

The Historical Society of Palm Beach County hosted an elegant evening on October 9th at The Metropolitan Club in New York City, bringing together an intimate circle of supporters, friends, and patrons of Palm Beach culture. Under the gracious hosting of Barbara and Frank Sciame, Kelly and Andrew Sciame, Katherine Van Dell and Sebastian Clarke, the cocktail reception offered thoughtful conversation, connection, and a shared commitment to preserving Palm Beach County’s story.

Throughout the evening, guests learned more about the Society’s upcoming exhibition Sunshine Cinema: Florida in Film and the role philanthropy plays in protecting the region’s cultural and environmental heritage, while modeled fashion moments were presented by St. John Knits. Several attendees pledged to join the 1916 Society, reinforcing a growing base of support that will carry this mission into the future.
