New York Champagne Week x Altima Caviar
New York Champagne Week welcomed VIP guests and champagne enthusiasts for a festive December evening celebrating the debut of its collaboration with Altima Caviar.
The night began with pours of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut and Siberian caviar, followed by a parade of elevated canapés—from tuna tartare and mini truffle grilled cheese to pigs in a blanket—each thoughtfully finished with caviar. Flowing champagne from Pol Roger carried the evening forward, as guests lingered, toasted, and praised the collaboration’s female-powered vision, collaborative spirit, and unmistakable quality.
