Shopping for  St. Tropez on the Avenue

As we know, Saint Tropez in the summer months is the place to see and be seen… and I am over the moon and excited to do JUST THAT this July. Between endless hours of work and an unexpectedly extra busy season in Palm Beach, I’m very much looking forward to getting away and experiencing the glitz and glam of the French Riviera.  Some go to disconnect, relax and enjoy the golden sands. But I intend to LIVE. IT. UP. While I am there.

Is anyone surprised?

OBVIOUSLY the first thing that comes to mind as I daydream about this epic adventure is what to wear? Incorporating style, fashion and comfort is sometimes challenging, so naturally I’ve already started shopping and planning my outfits.

Tucked away off Worth Avenue in Via Amore is one of my most favorite chic, beachy brands Marina St. Barth’s – PERFECT.

This incredible two-piece set is a no-brainer.

Hollis rocking Charo Ruiz White Ruth Skirt

I envision myself waking up going for a quick workout, only to sweat out rose from the night before, and then throwing on this stunning Charo Ruiz pair and heading to town for lunch. The White Ruth Skirt and Dana top are made from cotton with a special guipure lace detail. It is the perfect amount of sheer so I won’t be too hot as I sip bubbles through a long, leisurely lunch. This “fit” is the perfect combination of beachy chic and I am totally obsessed!

There are two reasons why I love this Charo Ruiz dress so much! My mom and I discovered this beauty shopping together through the beachy boutique. As I picked up the blue and white, lemon printed number in admiration, my mom instantly realized she had bought the same shirt in her recent trip to Amalfi. Can we say like mother, like daughter??  The “Maiolica Limoni” which means duster in Italian can be worn as such, so I plan on also wearing this number with jeans and a white tank in case the weather is unseasonably chilly in July and If I am feeling extra edgy I will throw on a pair of my torn jeans and a chic pair of wedges – so yummy!

It wouldn’t be a trip to Worth Avenue if I didn’t pop in to my most favorite shop Via Coquina. You may recognize this goddess-like dress because it made its debut in my last post in a gorgeous blue color. The Cotton Rosso Negativo Mosaic Kaftan by ORTIGIA is the perfect breezy outfit for a leisurely walk on the beach or as a cover up for a day by the pool. I couldn’t help myself and had to try on these spectacular LALAOUNIS jewels – but just for fun. I’ll have to save up to bring them on my European summer tour next year!  Swipe to see the casual look!
