Better understand why you are the way you are (in a straightforward not self-helpy way) with this fantastic podcast that has made me understand myself, my son, humanity, and the world with so much more clarity and compassion. Truly enlightening, not-at-all preachy, interesting, and entertaining, The Adult Chair Podcast is one I cannot recommend enough no matter who you are, what you believe in, where you are in your life, or where you plan on going.
You can find the Adult Chair on Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Spotify or wherever you stream your favorite podcasts.
My recommendation is to start with episodes 2, 3, and 4, listed below. These episodes alone are enough to impact your life (but I’m betting they will have you clicking subscribe).
