Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society hosts the “Do at the Zoo” November 10th
If you want to give yourself an animated kick off to the Palm Beach season, attend the Do at the Zoo–‘A Night Under the Stars‘. Chaired by Molly Austin, Ruth Baum, Maura Ziska Christu and Ashley Ramos, this year’s popular fundraiser will take place Friday, November 10 from 6:30 – 10pm. Guests are also invited to dine, drink and dance under the stars as they meet some of the zoo’s most fascinating animals.
The Moveable Feast
Guests will enjoy the celebration as they dine on a movable feast of innovative cuisines from the all-star chefs of nine of the Palm Beaches’ top-rated restaurants. Palm Beach’s newest restaurant Coyo Taco will be joining Echo, PB Catch, Saint Ambroeus, Table 26, Bolay, Leila’s, Lynora’s and Rocco’s Tacos.
The event’s exclusive sponsor, Bacardi, will additionally be featuring a signature cocktail, The Old Cuban,” created by famed New York City bartender, Audrey Saunders. The Old Cuban features Bacardi 8 (premier rum), which is complemented by their Martini and Rossi Prosecco, mint and lime. This anachronistic recipe promises to be delicious and refreshing, with a touch of effervescence.
Attendees of this casual-cocktail event will also enjoy dancing to music from the ever-popular DJ Vlad, as well as love coming face-to-face with some of the zoo’s exotic animals.
