This Mother’s Day, Le Bilboquet Palm Beach on Worth Avenue, is offering creative spring specials along with their traditional menu. They will be serving lunch and dinner, and they will be gifting each of our favorite women a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. Food specials include a velvety asparagus gazpacho topped with microgreens; stuffed, crispy zucchini blossoms with clams; steak and eggs (our version: filet mignon tartare topped with Calvisius caviar); poached salmon a la Parisiene with ravioli in a chervil and tarragon coulis and Charlotte aux Fraises, the classic French dessert.

Bilboquet Palm Beach, located at 245A Worth Avenue, is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Lunch menu is served from 12 to 3:00. Dinner menu offered starting at 6 pm.
