Le Bilboquet Holiday Highlights

Le Bilboquet continues to lure the most gregarious crowds—whether from the island of Palm Beach or from across the Atlantic—friends coming together for merriment and masterful meals. This holiday season, Le Bilboquet remains open for Christmas with scintillating specials.  Christmas Eve day spcials include sunchoke velouté with black truffles and scallop carpaccio topped with Ossetra caviar. Special main dishes include succulent squab over grapes, figs and liver roti and  wild turbot filet over celery root, baby leeks and champagne sauce. (Offered lunch and dinner on December 24). There will also be a traditional –and certainly transformational—bûche de noël available from December 20- 25. Want a to-go order? Log on to Hello Bilbo for take out Holiday menus.

As for New Year’s Eve, a très spécial menu has been crafted by Le Bilboquet’s top chefs, featuring appetizers such as langoustine paired with chestnut and butternut squash and main dishes like Wagyu tenderloinbottarga and orzo risotto and of course, the owner’s famous Cajun chicken—a family recipe. For dessert, the mile-high croque-en-bouche and the decadent black forest cake will be remembered more than weighty New Year resolutions.
