Aspen Saturday Market is a fan favorite as it has the best Colorado-grown product and crafts that runs from June-October. Nature Seeker’s Paradise and Family Fun

Aspen is a great place to be for those who love the outdoors. The town is filled with gorgeous hikes and even better scenic views. A picnic at Maroon Bells is a must! Some of the local favorites are Ute Trail, American Lake, Cathedral Lake and Smuggler. Download the AllTrails app to see 79 extensive options with hand-curated maps and driving directions. If hiking isn’t for you, rent a bike in town and cycle along the Rio Grande to Woody Creek Tavern or from Castle Creek to Pinecreek Cookhouse for lunch.

Aspen is filled with family fun activities that will guarantee ever-lasting memories. From jeep tours, horseback adventures, and hot air balloon rides there is something for everyone. The Aspen Recreation Center has amazing amenities that kids will love such as an indoor swimming pool with a two-story waterslide, lazy river, 32-foot climbing tower, and an indoor ice rink.

For a memorable family activity, take a ride on the Silver Queen Gondola to see the beautiful peaks of the Aspen Mountains that reach up to 11,000 feet. On select days from June to August, mountaintop yoga is offered where you can find your zen within the mountain tops. You will also be greeted with live music, an 18-hole disc golf course, and lunch on the patio at the Sundeck.
