Update with David Lucido, Designer
Bilboquet Palm Beach promises to be an exciting landmark and eatery when it opens on Worth Avenue in January. We got a sneak peek from David Lucido, designer, who has designed Bilboquet Sag Harbor and sister restaurant Fleming in Manhattan. Spoiler alert: he is also project lead for Bilboquet Aspen.
Bilboquet promises warm and inviting elegance. The interior will be familial, with buzz and excitement, surrounded by stained white oak and a beech wood bar below a cast pewter top, custom-fabricated in France, along with classic Maison Gatti rattan bistro chairs, both Bilboquet signatures.
Accent pieces were sourced from local West Palm Beach furniture gallery, Ponce Berga. The courtyard’s to-go coffee counter will showcase local flora, including citrus trees, climbing jasmine and lavender.
