A Night out with the Chefs at Meat Market Palm Beach

In an unprecedented act of camaraderie in the typically competitive south Florida restaurant industry, Meat Market Palm Beach has invited its former chef Pushkar Marathe to join their current Executive Chef Sean Brasel back in the kitchen for a Night Out with the Chefs dinner on Wednesday, July 17. Also on-hand for the collaborative event will be Meat Market’s former general manager Andy Dugard who met Chef Pushkar when they worked at Meat Market and, more recently, have teamed-up on a new eatery opening in Palm Beach Gardens.

“We’re delighted to welcome our former colleagues back for the night. They’re our friends and we’re pleased to help promote their new venture,” said Sebastien Tribout, Director of Operations. “The Night Out with the Chefs customized menu will feature several dishes expected to be offered at Marathe’s and Dugard’s new culinary venture called Stage,” Tribout continued. The chef’s joint menu will feature octopus, local snapper and pork shank. Each spectacular course will feature a perfectly paired, exquisite wine personally selected by sommelier Jonathan Negrin.

The Night Out with the Chefs dinner will include a welcome reception featuring House of Carbonadi vodka and passed hors d’oeuvres in the lounge area at 7:00pm with the four-course, sit-down meal in the spacious dining room will immediately follow at 7:30pm.
