LA CLARA Sales Gallery opens at The Royal Poinciana Plaza

“The building was designed from the inside out, seeking exposures that have nothing but sky and water,” said Siamak Hariri co-founder of Hariri Pontarini Architects. “The objective was to provide every owner with a significant, expansive corner window and large terrace. Performance came first, then structure, and Great Gulf has supported my vision.”Siamak Hariri has been recognized with 60 major architectural awards for designs including the McKinsey & Company Canadian headquarters, the Tom Patterson Theatre for the Stratford Festival, and the Baha’ i Temple of South America. He has a reputation for his profound interest in light, form, site, material, and craft. Light and clarity are hallmarks of many of his works.
